Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

As we are based in Australia, we are only shipping nation wide and not internationally. Shipping price will depend on the quantity and delivery location. Add some items to your cart and insert your address to know more about the cost.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours that your order is received and handled. Then it will take approximately 3-5 working days to prepare before you receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Signature is required upon receiving the hampers as our box contains alcohol. You have to be 18+ to legally make and receive the order.

When will I get my order?

We aim to deliver your boxes in a fast manner and affordable price. Standard order usually arrive between 2-5 working days from shipment date. Please note that at times, delay with pickup may still occur during peak season.

Can I send the hampers to my best friend's address as a gift?

Yes, please tick ‘order is a gift’ on checkout

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up the hampers from Southbank or Carlton, Melbourne. It would be lovely to meet you in person!

Can I have my order rushed?

While we don’t have overnight and express delivery service, however most of Victoria delivery will arrive in 1-2 working days and interstate between 2-5 working days. If you need your box to be delivered at a certain date, please email us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Why is the postage expensive?

We try our best to keep the delivery cost as low as possible, in instances where the delivery cost is less than what you pay at checkout, we will refund the difference.

How do you pack the hampers?

As our hampers contain fragile items, we have to wrapped the items individually with a wrapping paper or bubbles. We will try our best to make sure they are delivered to you safely.


Products

Is it safe to re-use the ceramic soy-wax cup for drinking?

Yes it is safe to re-use the cup. Remove the metal circle at the base of the cup, microwave to melt all the remaining wax, and thoroughly wash the cup with soap and warm water multiple times before using.

Are your products locally made?

In many instances we have to source our products from third party. While most of our products are locally sourced and hand-made within Australia to support local businesses, there are some that are imported.

How can I re-use my products?

There are unlimited ways to re-use the products, check out our Instagram or Facebook to get some ideas on how we re-use our products.
